A letter that arrived today, now on public notice, as many crimes have been committed, being the crime of Extortion, threats and intimidation, to sell personal private property, belonging to the DENIS PETER RAWLINSON Trust; that is in dispute, “ that no action can be taken till the dispute is resolved, and due to the failure of to show proof of claim, even though promises have been made on a number of occasions by I the man, recorded on public record and are still open, that the living man would pay any lawful claim, “on my records being corrected” and the bill being made out to the true one and only lawful name of I, the beneficiary, not a trustee, or forced surety, such a simple job, correcting a wrong, that would solve the problem, removing the dispute;
That is unless the actors for and on behalf are engaged in the crime of breaching the trust, violating trust law, “an offence that carries prison time” along with being engaged in trafficking by holding the living man as a debt slave;
Therefore: I, the man being the beneficiary and landlord of the personal private property, held with clear title in fee simple, against which Mark Pitt in the acting role as CEO, or successor/s, and in the private capacity; and Susan Jarvis, in the acting role as GENERAL MANAGER FINANCE AND CORPORATE or successor/s; and private capacity, for and on behalf of the directors [claimed, mayor,- councillors], management, employees, agents, and entities “all being just as liable” operating the business, named, the SOUTH BURNETT REGIONAL COUNCIL, ABN-89972463351; DUNS-757803718: are all engaged in the crime of Extortion:
