Regarding the offer to settle a presumed claimed debt, that was in dispute, due to the failure to correct the records, that is and continuing to do harm, yet remains unlawfully ignored;
To which a lawful promissory note No 233-45, with clear instructions was sent, due to fear to life and property, by acts of extortion, threats and trespassing upon the sole beneficiary, :Denis-Peter: of the DENIS PETER RAWLINSON Trust & Estate; breaching the trust, engaged in forced debt slavery, assuming the living man as surety, without consent.
Therefore: Promissory Note No 233-45, was sent on the 25th of March, 2024, to the CEO Mark Pitt, for and on behalf of the “SOUTH BURNETT REGIONAL COUNCIL”, ABN-89972463351; DUNS-757803718, a business for profit, by way of a registered article, RPP44 63700 51001 53868 56600.. that has been recorded as delivered on the 27th of march 2024 – that contained Promissory Note No 233-45, with clear instructions and a settlement date of April the 5th 2024, to which in the time of receiving the promissory note and the time and date of settlement – no objection or rejection was received. That under the rules of The Bill of Exchange Act 1909 is claimed as accepted.
This was followed by the sender being informed by the Royal Registry de jure, that no CEO Mark Pitt, or a representative of the “SOUTH BURNETT REGIONAL COUNCIL”, ABN-89972463351; DUNS-757803718, had attended the place of settlement on the date and time specified.
Now if this is untrue then you CEO Mark Pitt, are here given 3 days from the date of this Email, “as the burden of proof is now on you CEO Mark Pitt, for and on behalf of the “SOUTH BURNETT REGIONAL COUNCIL”, ABN-89972463351”; to show proof of claim to the contrary under oath of office, that either you, or a representative for the “SOUTH BURNETT REGIONAL COUNCIL”, ABN-89972463351; did in fact arrive at the place of settlement on the date and prior to the time of 9am, remaining till the time past;
If you CEO Mark Pitt, cannot show proof of claim of your attendance or that of your representative, on the time and date of settlement, then your attention is drawn to the Bill of exchange act 1909 section 68, “Cancellation”; to which the sender shall claim, the presumed claimed debt, is now settled and discharge, which now brings up the crime of refusing to correct the records that is causing harm, therefore find attached, Notice to Produce – Onus of Proof.
As it is now the sender’s belief, that many crimes are being committed knowingly with intent to do harm, allowing others to commit the crime of executor de son tort by way of the crime of personage, to breach the trust, and hold the true beneficiary as surety, a violation of Trust law;
As the refusal to accept the promissory note, “being money backed by Gold”, now proves beyond doubt, it is not about money, and the people’s rights;
It is about debt slavery, control, and taking ownership of the peoples land and possessions, holding them as surety for their own Trusts;
Slavery was never abolished, or made criminal; it was just fashioned into a different package, of lies, deceit and trickery.
So find attached: to this email, “Notice to Produce – Onus of Proof”.
That will be placed on public notice if ignored, or at the discretion of the sole Beneficiary :Denis-Peter: who is being harmed.
