Background
On 5 March 2025, UCC-1 Filing No. 2025023588 was recorded in the Travis County Court, Texas in the United States, the subject matter being the fraudulent creation of a Birth Certificate by the State of Texas and the subsequent failure to remedy the fraud by producing evidence of authorisation by the lawful mother and father to “Register” the new born child. Subsequent U.C.C. filings (UCC-3#2025025325) that perfects the UCC-1 filing and the commercial default by public officials. The U.C.C. filings effectively establish as a fact of law, fraud on ALL Birth Certificates registered for the purposes of collateralising the commercial energy of people globally under the UNITED STATES CORPORATION, for which AUSTRALIA INCORPORATED (COMMONWEATH OF AUSTRALIA Inc) is a franchise (refer Dun and Bradstreet).
NOTE: Attempts to subsequently void the UCC filings by Texas County have no impact on the perfected commercial process, United States Federal Uniform Commercial Code governs the commercial process globally.

Consequences
A superior Claim has been publicly recorded such that any Agent using the Birth Certificate name (any version of the ALL CAPS ‘Strawname’) is a party to a fraud and subject to Lawful Enforcements:
“All financial institutions, regulatory bodies, corporate entities, and fiduciaries engaged in transactions derived from fraudulent birth certificate securities are now subject to immediate enforcement, penalities, and asset seizure.

Express Notice of this fraud has now been addressed ‘personally’ to the following public officials. Plausible deniability is no longer an excuse.
