PUBLIC NOTICE OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND INTENDED LEGAL ACTION AGAINST POLITICIANS OF THE COMMONWEALTH

Issued by and on behalf of the People of the Commonwealth

To all persons holding office, acting as agents of the Commonwealth, or purporting to exercise delegated authority over the affairs of the Commonwealth, including, but not limited to, members of Parliament, Ministers, bureaucrats, and any officeholder with decision-making powers affecting national resources, sovereignty, or public health:

Preamble

Be it known that the People of the Commonwealth, as the sole and perpetual sovereign entity of the Commonwealth under natural, moral, and constitutional law, do hereby formally and irrevocably place all officeholders on notice of personal accountability, legal liability, and moral reckoning for acts and omissions which constitute:

• Ultra vires conduct;

• Misfeasance, malfeasance, and nonfeasance in public office;

• Breach of fiduciary and statutory duties;

• Seditious acts;

• High treason against the Commonwealth.

This Notice is issued as formal warning, public record, and preliminary step toward legal and moral accountability.

Enumerated Grounds for Accountability

1. Alienation of Commonwealth Resources

All acts enabling the transfer, cession, or alienation of Commonwealth water rights, minerals, or other essential natural resources to foreign corporate or governmental entities without explicit sovereign consent are ultra vires, actionable, and constitute misfeasance in public office.

Boardman v Phipps [1967] 2 AC 46 affirms fiduciary principles that public officeholders may not profit or dispose of trust assets against beneficiaries’ interests.

2. Subversion of Commonwealth Sovereignty

Compliance with, ratification of, or acquiescence to international instruments—including the Lima Declaration, Paris Agreement, UNIDROIT Conventions, and most recently the World Health Organization Pandemic Treaty (2024/2025)—without lawful mandate of the People is void ab initio, ultra vires, and subversive of sovereignty.

By surrendering health policy and emergency powers to a foreign entity, the WHO Pandemic Treaty constitutes a wholesale abdication of national sovereignty, a betrayal of constitutional trust, and a fundamental breach of officeholder duty.

The People declare this the conclusive demonstration of political disqualification, rendering all who endorse or facilitate such treaty bound to account for treason against the Commonwealth.

High Court Authority

Craig v South Australia (1995) 184 CLR 163:

“If such an administrative tribunal falls into an error of law which causes it to identify a wrong issue, to ask itself a wrong question, to ignore relevant material, to rely on irrelevant material or, at least in some circumstances, to make an erroneous finding or to reach a mistaken conclusion, and the tribunal’s exercise or purported exercise of power is thereby affected, it exceeds its authority or powers. Such an error of law is jurisdictional error which will invalidate any order or decision of the tribunal.” (at 179)
➡️ Ratifying the WHO Treaty without sovereign mandate is an error going to jurisdiction, void in law.

Kirk v Industrial Court of NSW (2010) 239 CLR 531:

“Jurisdictional error is at the heart of the rule of law. If an administrative tribunal (or court of limited jurisdiction) falls into jurisdictional error, the resulting decision is regarded, in law, as no decision at all.” (at 566 [71])
“Legislation which would take from a State Supreme Court power to grant relief on account of jurisdictional error is beyond State legislative power.” (at 581 [100])
➡️ No Parliament or statute can validate an unlawful surrender of sovereignty.

3. Sedition and Treason

Any conduct undermining the Commonwealth’s sovereignty, resources, or lawful interests constitutes prima facie evidence of seditious behaviour and high treason, punishable under natural law, common law, and moral law.

Bill of Rights 1688, ss. 2–3: requires that government acts be accountable and consistent with the rights of the People.

ICCPR, Art. 25: protects the right of the People to directly participate in decisions that affect them, not to have those rights ceded to foreign bodies.

The WHO Pandemic Treaty represents a textbook act of treason, surrendering decision-making power over the lives and freedoms of Australians to an unelected, foreign-controlled body.

4. Obligations of Full Disclosure and Restitution

All officeholders must immediately:

• Cease all unlawful acts, including endorsement of the WHO Pandemic Treaty;

• Provide full disclosure of all treaties, agreements, or arrangements materially affecting the Commonwealth;

• Prepare to answer for all unlawful acts before the temporal authority of the People and under divine oversight.

Notice of Legal and Moral Consequences

• Continuation of unlawful conduct constitutes deliberate, knowing, and actionable malfeasance.

• The People of the Commonwealth reserve the right to pursue restoration, legal redress, and accountability via all lawful means, including but not limited to: public record, civil actions, and claims invoking natural and fiduciary law.

• Divine and eternal accountability is inescapable.

Mandate

This Notice demands:

• Immediate cessation of acts infringing upon sovereignty, health, or Commonwealth resources;

• Full disclosure of all past actions affecting the Commonwealth without lawful authority;

• Preparation for accountability for past, present, and continuing violations.

Addendum (Enforcement Notice)

All officeholders are formally advised that:

• This Notice serves as the basis for the record of malfeasance and breach of trust;

• Public dissemination of this Notice constitutes constructive notice to each officeholder;

• Failure to comply may be relied upon in future proceedings to establish deliberate malfeasance, breach of fiduciary duty, sedition, or treason.
