ISSUED FOR THE PUBLIC RECORD AND THE CONSCIENCES OF MEN
To all administrative officers, judges of inferior courts, collectors of revenue, and agents of civil force operating across this land.
TAKE HEED: THE SOVEREIGN LIMIT OF YOUR USURPED AUTHORITY
Let it be known to every man who sits in an administrative office, wears a uniform, or executes the edicts of a corporate regime: your jurisdiction is not absolute. Your office is not an altar, your computer registries are not the book of life, and your commercial statutes cannot shield your soul from the righteous judgment of Almighty God.
Across this land, the administrative apparatus has grown predatory and shameless. You target the vulnerable. You generate automated demands, issue corporate fines, impose arbitrary fees, and order the covert seizure of bank accounts belonging to men and women who built this country through honest labor and generational sacrifice. You look upon our people in their twilight years—when their hair is grey, their steps have slowed, and their physical vigor begins to fail—and you treat them as convenient assets for bureaucratic extraction.
You mistake long-suffering patience for surrender. You mistake an aging generation’s quiet godliness for weakness.
Hear the eternal word of the Lord, preserved in the King James Version of the Holy Bible, from Psalm 71, verses 9 through 18:
9 Cast me not off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength faileth.
10 For mine enemies speak against me; and they that lay wait for my soul take counsel together,
11 Saying, God hath forsaken him: persecute and take him; for there is none to deliver him.
12 O God, be not far from me: O my God, make haste for my help.
13 Let them be confounded and consumed that are adversaries to my soul; let them be covered with reproach and dishonour that seek my hurt.
14 But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more.
15 My mouth shall shew forth thy righteousness and thy salvation all the day; for I know not the numbers thereof.
16 I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only.
17 O God, thou hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works.
18 Now also when I am old and greyheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.
I. THE WICKED COUNSEL OF THE HIRELING
The Psalmist exposed the exact spirit that animates your administrative machinery today.
When your algorithms scan private accounts for garnishment, when your enforcement officers trespass upon ancestral land to seize chattels, and when your administrative bodies issue summary penalties without lawful due process, your deeds declare the ancient conspiracy of Psalm 71:10–11:
“They that lay wait for my soul take counsel together, Saying, God hath forsaken him: persecute and take him; for there is none to deliver him.”
You see a man who has labored for decades under the sun, who holds his land in stewardship under Christ, who has buried his fathers in this soil and raised his family in the fear of the Lord. You see his thinning silver hair, his weathered hands, and his lack of high-priced corporate advocates. You presume he is defenseless. You presume that because the historic Christian Commonwealth has been subverted by commercial ABN corporations, global financiers, and managerial hirelings, there is no one left to deliver him out of your hand.
You are profoundly, catastrophically mistaken.
A servant of Christ is never forsaken. The Christian who has been taught by God from his youth does not stand before your corporate tribunals alone. When you issue your administrative threats against the righteous in their old age, you are not merely bullying an aging subject; you are setting yourselves in direct opposition to the King of kings and Lord of lords, who hears the cry of His people and will avenge them speedily.
II. THE UNBROKEN TESTIMONY TO THE RISING GENERATION
The civil power was never ordained by God to function as a debt-collection franchise or a looting operation. Scriptural governance, as recognized in the historic common law of England and the Commonwealth, binds the ruler as a minister of God for good, charged with punishing the wicked and protecting the peace of the realm (Romans 13). When you invert that holy office—when you plunder the righteous, extort the elderly, and enforce arbitrary regulations for commercial revenue—you cease to be lawful magistrates. You become private trespassers operating under the color of law.
The Psalmist declares the unwavering duty of our people in Psalm 71:18:
“Now also when I am old and greyheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.”
Take warning, officers of the regime: our greyheaded men and women will not step aside to let you consume our people’s inheritance. Their earthly work is not finished. They stand upon this land as living witnesses, tasked with transmitting the truth of our historic faith, our ancient liberties, and our lawful standing to the sons and daughters rising up behind them.
Every unlawful garnishee you execute, every rate demand you issue without constitutional warrant, and every act of bureaucratic intimidation does not break our people; it instructs the youth. It strips away the illusion of your benevolence. It shows the rising generation that the managerial state operates not by justice, but by force, deception, and administrative extortion. You are forging the very men who will tear down your paper apparatus.
III. NOTICE TO DESIST AND REPENT
Let this public notice stand as a binding spiritual and moral estoppel against every Sheriff, magistrate, and clerk who presumes to lay hands on the heritage of the faithful:
- Cease the Extraction: Cease your automated penalties, your unconstitutional garnishee orders, and your municipal raids against the private property and substance of our folk.
- Weigh the Judgment of Scripture: Meditate upon the imprecation of Psalm 71:13:
“Let them be confounded and consumed that are adversaries to my soul; let them be covered with reproach and dishonour that seek my hurt.”
The prayers of the aged and afflicted righteous do not fall to the ground unheeded. The God who brought low Pharaoh, Babylon, and every corrupt empire that devoured its own people will bring total reproach and ruin upon the hirelings of this administrative order.
- Remember the Final Accounting: Your corporate charters will not protect you on the Day of Wrath. The defense that you were “merely following administrative policy” or “executing an automated notice” will burn to ashes before the judgment seat of Christ. Every widow defrauded, every working man robbed, and every elderly estate plundered will be required at your hands personally.
We place no faith in your statutory fictions, your paper currencies, or your commercial codes. With the Psalmist, we declare in Psalm 71:16:
“I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only.”
The earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof. The land belongs to Him, and His people are not your livestock. Turn back from your unlawful overreach, restore what you have taken without lawful judgment, and govern yourselves accordingly before the righteous judgment of God overtakes you.
