Footer references

When you are referencing parts of your document, you should place the superscript (3)number next to the part in the doc, and the relevant reference in the footer. Ensure you edit the reference numbers so they correspond to your document, and remove any not used and update numbering accordingly.

When you have a reference to MP’s Oath2 – you are referencing Annexure 3 (of 35), Australia – the Concealed Colony
When you have a reference to legislation of one State3, it can also be applied to another State via Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act §117
When you have a reference to glossas, ASL4 or language – you are referencing Chicago Manual of Styles – Languages other than English, §11:147
When you have a reference to “Australian Government5 or “Australian Parliament5 or the Judiciary5 , including any Court5– you are referencing its validity pursuant to the Constitution.
When you have a reference to an unsolicited demand6 – reference the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Schedule 2, §40 (or other sections depending on the demand, edit, use as many as are relevant, without going over-board)

When you have any reference to a Parliament of the Commonwealth7,8, or any entity of the Commonwealth7,8 – reference Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013, §11, and “Commonwealth” by Fixed-Meaning Canon – Words must be given the meaning they had when the text was adopted.
