Regarding “RATE NOTICE / TAX INVOICE”, Property No- 166420: Assessment No- 24308-00000,000; of the named entity, the “SOUTH BURNETT REGIONAL COUNCIL”, ABN-89972463351; DUNS-757803718: here after known as the business;
Within the universal maxim of law ‘notice to agent is notice to principal and notice to principal is notice to agent’. All addressed parties Jointly and Severally as well as their Successors, Nominees, Agents and Assigns.
1) Following the, Notice: “Statement and Claim [12th January 2024] “CFHWI-12012024-SBRC-IIC, RPP44 63700 51001 40903 27604”; For Harm done with Intent to Continue, Debt Slavery” sent 15th of January 2024, followed by a Notice of Default “NOD-08022024-SBRC-2C – RPP44 63700 51001 53868 53609, sent, 9th of February 2024, due to your unlawful actions of standing in the position of Malfeasance in public office; after many warnings;
2) to which a further (14) days grace was offered, to allow you Mark Pitt, acting as CEO, or your successor, to act in honour, under your oath of office, and show proof of claim, as required by Notice: “Statement and Claim [12th January 2024] “CFHWI-12012024-SBRC-IIC, RPP44 63700 51001 40903 27604”;
3) that I, the man, :Denis-Peter: standing in equity, have a lawful right to Question and seek the truth and seek justice; should I believe crimes are being committed against both I, the true one and only administrator and beneficiary of the express Trust DENIS PETER RAWLINSON; and the Trust that I, the man am of the belief is being breached, proven by the fact of your denial Mark Pitt, to correct the records, and show proof of Claim, to your claimed authority under oath of office, for and on behalf of the directors [claimed, mayor,- councilors], management, employees, agents, and entities for the SOUTH BURNETT REGIONAL COUNCIL, ABN-89972463351; DUNS-757803718: (the “business”), Therefore;
4) I, Denis-Peter the man, and injured party, hereby serve Notice: that failure to provide Proof of Claim or lawful authority, by you Mark Pitt, acting as CEO, under oath of office, for and on behalf of the directors [claimed, mayor, councilors], management, employees, agents, and entities for the, business; has created a permanent and irrevocable Estoppel, by acquiescence, forevermore barring the business or their agents, from bringing any and all claims, legal actions, orders, demands, lawsuits, costs, levies, penalties, damages, interests, liens and expenses whatsoever, against I the living man, Denis-Peter, born of the family Rawlinson/Dick, or the sole corporate entities referred to as ‘Denis P Rawlinson’, ‘DENIS PETER RAWLINSON’, or any other incorporated person, body corporate or legal fiction in whatever format, created for the purposes of binding in contract, the living man or woman;
5) It is important that you acknowledge and understand that this is not a letter but a legal notice, to which I, the man hereby declare that the law of Agent and Principal shall apply and that service upon one is service upon another.
