Michelle, i attach for you this woman’s testament to will, and her statement of that which is true, which is a brief of evidence that outlines the birth certificate fraud which has and is, committed against Carly-therese, and the daughters she did co-create with the man she is in marriage contract with: Pasquale-andrew;
the man: Mark Dreyfus; who at times, did act as the attorney general for Australia, did receive these documents as well as the following men and women:

this correspondence, is a notice to you, that aligns with love, with what is true, and oddly, with divine timing, for in March when i did write to Mark Dreyfus regarding the birth certificate fraud, Govinda was standing for every man and woman (and the next generation), from across the seas on the land known as Texas of the United States of America;
as i did contact the Travis County clerks office in Texas to obtain the above UCC filings (i attach), i believe what Govinda has done, is true, however i provide a brief timeline and further information, to support this claim:
day five in March: lawful UCC-1 filing: #2025023588
declares lawful claim over all securities fraudulently tied to the birth certificate;
day ten in March: lawful UCC-3 filing: #2025025325
perfects and incorporates the original; enforcement and amendment did receive filing, triggering global remedy, commercial seizure rights, and final notice of non-rebuttal; it includes notarisation, certified mailing, affidavits, and lawful publication, initiating a thirty-day rebuttal period;
day fourteen in March: affidavit of fact: #2025027616
lawfully filed into the Travis County clerks office;
day twenty-seven in March: UCC-1 filing voided
correspondence from the Travis county clerk did attempt to justify refunding the original filing fee, citing improper format for “real estate property records”, hence in UCC-1 filing, you will see the cover page only; all documents: filed and timestamped;
day twenty-three in April: affidavit of fact and restoration of lawful record: #2025044106
filed at the Travis County clerk’s office, a notarised affidavit affirming all previous filings, the re-insertion of UCC-1 filing 025023588, confirmation of the perfected UCC-3 filing 2025025325, all which were timestamped, witnessed and sealed as a record of standing;

Govinda started this process to obtain lawful remedy on behalf of his new-born son, where the corporate government of the Texas department of state health services, vital statistics, failed to respond to a notice of liability, seeking proof of claim that any man or woman had lawful authority to create a birth certificate for Govinda’s son, without his knowledge, consent, or signature, and against the express instructions from the mothers birth plan;
