You can get copies of the original Crown Grant Titles from your Land Titles Registry office (could, now the Titles offices are businesses and not Crown Land registries, so that’s no longer a given). Ask for the historical records, generally you would like the circa 1925 Grant, which should look similar to the example below.
Note use of land to 200 feet. No Statute or corporate govco agency can (or could) alter that right.
