Applicants must promptly disclose any potential conflict of interest, including employment or close association with any entity that could reasonably be perceived to have an investigative, regulatory, enforcement, or monitoring function relating to the activities of the PMA. The PMA reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership if any such conflict, undisclosed interest, or breach of this declaration is identified.
