I agree to join this PMA in good faith and for genuine reasons. By applying for membership, I confirm that I am not joining at the request of, on behalf of, or for the purpose of providing information to any government department, agency, organisation, employer, or third party, and that I will not use the membership to gather, record, or relay information about the PMA, its organisers, or its members to any external entity without the PMA’s express written consent. Applicants must promptly disclose any potential conflict of interest, including employment or close association with any entity that could reasonably be perceived to have an investigative, regulatory, enforcement, or monitoring function relating to the activities of the PMA. The PMA reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership if any such conflict, undisclosed interest, or breach of this declaration is identified.
