Proclamation of Deos Terrum – Independent Self-Governing Jurisdiction

Notice is hereby given that the parcel of land known as Deos Terrum has been duly proclaimed and established as an independent and self-governing custodial jurisdiction (sui regendi), in accordance with the criteria of the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States (1933).

The Council of Custodians affirms the peaceful and lawful establishment of governance, territory, population, and capacity to enter relations with other states, consistent with international law.
