PUBLIC NOTICE

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, GREETING:

Let it be publicly declared and recorded that:

1. I, a woman known by appellation of Jillian, being one of the People of the Commonwealth of Australia, do solemnly acknowledge the authority of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (Imp), being the founding and supreme law by which the Commonwealth of Australia was established, “in one indissoluble Federal Commonwealth under the Crown of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.”

2. I remain faithful to the Commonwealth Government as constituted by the Constitution, and while its true form has been set aside or replaced in practice, I stand ready to render obedience and loyalty upon its full and lawful restoration, in accordance with the will of the people under Section 128 of the Constitution.

3. I do not consent to, nor am I bound by, any alteration of name, style, or designation of the Government that has not been made by constitutional referendum, including any styling as “Australian Government” or similar corporate substitutions, unless and until such amendment is lawfully carried by the people.

4. This declaration is made in good faith, in reliance upon the Bill of Rights 1688, the Magna Carta 1297, the principles of the common law, and the constitutional heritage guaranteed to the people of the Commonwealth.

5. This Public Notice shall stand as evidence of my allegiance to the Constitution, the Crown therein named, and the Government of the Commonwealth as originally ordained, and shall be held binding until such time as the people themselves, by lawful referendum, decide otherwise.
